The data book contains information on the state and development of scientific and innovation potential in the Republic of Belarus.

The data book presents a system of indicators that comprehensively characterizes the economic development of the country in the context of scientific and technological progress and provides information on the number of organizations engaged in research and development, the number of R&D personnel, domestic expenditure on R&D, expenditure on innovation, sources of financing for innovation, the volume of innovative products shipped, and other information on the innovative activities of organizations.

The data are presented by region and by economic activity.

The data book includes methodological notes to selected statistical indicators.
