Abstract: The statistical book presents indicators characterizing the status of the family in Belarus. Basic demographic characteristics of families, indicators characterizing socio-economic status of families, incomes, expenditures and consumption, the level of poverty are provided in the publication. The book presents indicators of various aspects of the quality of life of families and their members: housing conditions, health and medical care, educational attainment, physical education and sports activities, and others. Data are presented in time series for the whole country, as well as by regions and Minsk City. Methodological notes are included. Published in Russian and English.
