The Statistical Yearbook is the most comprehensive statistical publication of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus. It reflects phenomena and processes that occur in the economic and social life of the country. The Statistical Yearbook includes 23 sections, containing more than 520 tables.

The Yearbook provides information on population, labour force, and standard of living. Special attention is focused on the description of educational and public health systems. Data on science development are also provided. The book contains statistics describing the situation in basic branches of the economy, i.e. industry, agriculture, construction, transport and trade. Data on national accounts, finance, prices and tariffs, investment and foreign economic activities are also published. International comparisons are presented.

Basic socio-economic indicators are shown in the territorial breakdown. Statistical indicators are provided with methodological notes.

The Statistical Yearbook is published in Russian and English.
